Thomas Alexander Storrie served aboard the S.S.Jura (Glasgow).
He was the son of Alexander and Sarah Storrie, and husband of Janet Storrie of Edinburgh.
St Michael’s Church magazine of February 1943 states “Thomas A Storrie, 14 Fillyside Terrace, presumed lost when ship bombed.”
He died aged 58 on 9th February 1941.
His name is on the WW2 memorial of St Michael’s Parish Church.
